Child Safety Standards
This English version is provided for your convenience. If there is any discrepancy between this version and the Japanese version, the Japanese version shall prevail.
COUPPLY (the "App") puts the safety of children first and complies with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy. To prevent child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), we set appropriate standards for the services provided in this application (the "Service") and work to keep children safe.
Scope
- All registered users ("Users") must use the Service in accordance with our Terms of Service and these standards.
- To register, Users must agree to the Terms of Service following the procedures set by COUPPLY, Inc. (the "Company"). Users are deemed to have validly agreed to them once their registration is complete.
Prohibited conduct
The following conduct and content are strictly prohibited in the App. If we determine that any of the following applies, we may remove the content, suspend the account, or take other action without notice.
- Content that constitutes sexual abuse or exploitation of children (under 18)
- Text, images, video, or audio that depicts or suggests sexual activity involving children
- Child sexual abuse material (as defined by Japanese law and the laws of each country and region)
- Content or comments that sexualize children, or that contain threatening or violent sexual expression
- Conduct that promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of children
- Making sexual requests of minors
- Sexual communication with children, or grooming (approaching children for sexual purposes)
Removal standards and actions
- Users can report content or users they believe are inappropriate or in violation through "Contact us" in the App or through the contact details below. When we receive a report, our customer support team reviews it and investigates and responds in accordance with these standards.
- We remove content, suspend use, permanently close accounts, or take other action against users who post CSAE content or who we determine assisted in it.
- If we confirm a case involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, we report it and provide information to law enforcement and other relevant authorities as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.
- The App uses end-to-end encryption (E2EE), and is designed so that no third party, including the Company, can see the content of communications between users. We may therefore act based on reports and metadata. Where we cannot review the content, we will do our best within the limits of what is technically possible.
